The Best and The Worst Ab Exercises

When summer comes, most people look forward to showing off their ripped abs.

The only way to get those ripped abs is to eat a healthy diet and do the right type of exercises. Unfortunately, many people never get that six pack because they waste time doing the wrong exercises.

According to 24 hour Fitness, the bicycle maneuver, the captain’s chair, crunches on the exercise ball, the vertical leg crunch, and the torso track are among the best ab exercises that a person can do.

Some of the worst ab exercises include: ab roller, the traditional crunch, the hover, the ab rocker, and the exercise tubing pull.
